Andrea Smith

Andrea Smith moved to Sunny South Florida in 2009 from Bristol, Connecticut. After wanting something to compliment her high intensity workout routines, Andrea turned to yoga. The feeling she felt afterward sparked a renewed energy in her to delve further into this practice and explore different styles of yoga (Her two favorites are Vinyasa and Yin). She discovered that yoga wasn’t just about movement it was about the actions you take in your real life off the mat.

She has always lived by the saying “Dare to be different” and to do so her yoga class incorporates strength training, Pranayama (breath control) and meditation to help her students go deep within. You will want to be present in this yoga class! In her spare time Andrea loves to meditate, read mystery novels, chase carnivals all over the world (Toronto, Jamaica, Miami, Trinidad) and try new vegetarian dishes.

Andrea Smith se mudó al soleado sur de Florida en 2009 desde Bristol, Connecticut. Después de querer algo que complementara sus rutinas de entrenamiento de alta intensidad, Andrea se dedicó al yoga. La sensación que sintió después le dio una energía renovada para profundizar en esta práctica y explorar diferentes estilos de yoga (sus dos favoritos son el Vinyasa y el Yin). Descubrió que el yoga no sólo se trata de movimiento, sino también de las acciones que realizas en tu vida real fuera de la colchoneta.
